Glass Ordering Procedures and FAQ Collection Chippenham

Collecting your glass order (Chippenham)

On receipt of invoice your order has now been processed and is in a queue at production.

Your order takes 3-4 days to be processed and will now be ready to be collected from Chippenham.

An email will be sent to the invoice email address confirming the glass is at the Chippenham branch.

When you collect your glass, please bring a printout as proof of purchase of glass. this will also help quickly identify your glass from the inventory

Make sure that:
1) you vehicle is large enough to carry the glass
2) you bring protective coverings as the glass you buy from us is ‘naked’



FAQ Chippenham:

Q. Will there be anyone to help me lift the glass to my vehicle?
A. Yes there is always someone available to help with lifting of the glass to your car/ van

Q. Can i send my own courier?
A. Yes this is not a problem for us as many do. Please makes sure that your courier has a receipt/ proof of purchase so that we can Identify him/ her and to easily find your glass within our inventory

Q. Can I come out of hours?
A. Our hours of business are 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however we are aware sometimes this can be difficult to get time off work to collect from us so please call to arrange a late evening or a weekend collection.
